Roofing System For Slopped Roof

Proposed System For Sloped Roof Waterproofing Shall Include Following Materials And Works To Be Supplied And Installed By Shelter Care Technical Services Llc With A Guarantee For 10 Years.

1. Prior to the system application, minimum 50 mm thick wooden batten should be fixed on sloped roof structure (Concrete, metal or plywood) surface vertically to support the horizontal batten for fixing the roofing tiles.
2. Roof slab shall be inspected by the roofing specialist from SHELTER CARE Technical Services LLC and confirm acceptance of the roof for application waterproofing system.
3. Clean the roof using compressed air to make sure the substrate is free of dust and debris.
4. Supply and spray apply Polyurethane foam between the vertically fixed wooden batten over entire slab surface, which will bond to the base structure as well as the wooden batten and shall work as waterproofing and heat insulation to the roof.
5. Supply & Apply U.V. protection coating over the entire foam surface and allow to drying for minimum 24 hours.
6. Flood test the roof by pouring the water for a period of time.
7. After successful flood test, the main contractor can fix the roofing tiles over the horizontal batten fixed over the vertical batten. But, should take care, not to puncture the P.U. foam, upon working over it.
8. Final inspection shall be carried out and SHELTER CARE Technical Services LLC shall issue the GUARANTEE FOR 10 YEARS against leakage.
